This post hits the very nail of my new feed mill model. People ask me all the time how I can be so competitive with the large coop mills. I always reply, it's easy. I don't have a multi million dollar mill to pay for, I'm not paying for everyone above a laborer to sit in a new pickup, and I'm the total management staff.
