Subject: Andersons dumping off-spec wheat in the Gulf

Is wheat manipulated. The U.S is an exporter, not an importer, then why would someone would bother to lose money to ship Poland wheat into an elevator in Houston ?
Spring wheat harvest is about to fly off... and their trader dumps [off-spec and uneconomical] wheat to jam the Gulf market.
