My wife and I are 28 and have 2 small boys. We never brought them to church when they were younger because we got embarressed when they were noisey. Our priest stopped us at the door ofter church and asked us what was up. We told him we didn't like the little ones making noise while he was talking. Well he just laughed. He said there wouldn't be many people left in church in a few years if no one brought there kids. Our priest is really good with the kids. He just smiles if a little one is gabbing away while hes talking.
