I didn't realize NASS doesn't publish irrigated and dryland yields for Nebraska. USDA must use RMA yields then for ARC and PLC and SCO, because Nebraska counties that have more than 25 percent of the acres in both practices have separate irrigated and dryland yields for these programs.
