Subject: Not surveyed or outlier?


Northeast Iowa		I find it hard to believe black hawk co failed to get enough survey participation. May be the case.

Would they throw it out as a statistical outlier if it came in too low/high?

I think that butler county at 183 and bremer at 199.9 is pretty crazy.
I wouldn't be surprised to see black hawk be less than butler.


I don't know how it would effect anything in the end, just wish we had the data for my county.
