It would be interesting to see the estimated total production of each co, not just avg yield.
That would account for planted vs harvest acres, and if you have a county with amazing soil, but blacktop over most of it vs avg soil but lots of tillable acres. Compared year over year would be able to see either urban sprawl or localized weather disasters.
