It sure could, It doesn't have to. But if May does drop to that level in the next couple weeks, and then we go up from there, Pitt would be right. And we would be in our seasonal rally. But no one knows where the rally starts from, $3 or $4 ? So if we start back at $3 or $3.50, is it considered a rally? Or recovery?
