Well, I'm not a church goer myself. Used to be until about age 11 or so, but I honestly wasn't getting anything out of it and parents lost interest as well. Even when I go now on the rare occasion I find my mind just drifting off. I guess to me, if there is a God they are supposedly all knowing all seeing so why should I have to sit in an uncomfortable pew for an hour listening to what is usually a borring lecture? I think it's sad that some pass judgement on me going so far to tell me just because I don't go I'm going to spend my afterlife with the devil.

I also think it's odd that some that go to church where you're supposed to learn to be good and all that stuff seem to take pride in taking their kids outside and smacking them around if not good. Maybe the catholics are to blame for that going back to the nunn's smacking bare hands with rulers.
