Had the same problem. Added grass carp to eat the weeds. Grass carp ate the weeds and turned them into poop. Too much poop made the algae/moss take off. Added a colorant to the water to control the algae/moss. We now have no weeds, no algae/moss and light blue water. Add colorant as needed.
