Subject: Circus here in the 80's and 90's with FHA

Moreauville LA
The local FHA guy, had sons that farmed. And he was bad crooked. Would figure a way to get guys in financial trouble, then have a private auction where he conducted the sale and his buddies and family would get the pickings.

Or, he's set you up for failure, take in your equipment and give you some of their worn out junk to continue on with.

If a farmer had two tractors of a model, they'd burn one and swap s/n tags, pay for the burned one, but take the good one home.

Take the hoods off, let air out of tires, throw old oil on the engine, take pics for evidence, then buy it for pennies on the dollar.

Somehow, he never got caught and those above him were in on it as well. They never were able to get/buy anything on their own without it being s deal or a steal.
