Central Kansas | I have one of the original blackstone rotating pizza ovens (Cabelas). First bottom stone and shaft were bent. They sent me a replacement. Has worked great since then. It was discontinued for awhile, now the rotating stone model is back on the market. Highly recommend this product. Temps get to 700 F easily, makes great pies with mottled bottom crust and bubbly top. No need to rotate like in an Onni. Makes great pier. Some quality control problems with 1st Gen models. Vastly improved now. You will like it.
