Has anyone tried the sleep study kits you can buy online and wear for 1 night? If so, what did you think? Is it better to get a referral and go straight to a clinic?
For reference, my wife says I don't always breathe normally when I sleep. I wouldn't feel like I'm 'always tired', etc, but if there's a problem let's face it! Maybe I just have the farmer mindset of not wanting to make a mountain out of a molehill. | |
