My primary also made me an appointment with the sleep study doctor. I saw her, took the test home and found out my oxygen level went down to 70 and had numerous episodes an hour.
Exactly the same for me. I have been using a CPAP machine for about a month. Well worth it.
At-home sleep study... Worth it?
