central Ohio | One trying around here. Been working on getting land for 2 years. It has been sold to 3 different companies already, not a signal thing done yet. I have told the younger ones that talk to me SELL it or tell them to walk. More times or not if it sounds to good to be true it is. Between taxes and cleanup the ground will be worthless when panel start failing. Then leave it for next generation to cleanup. Not for me even though I have no one next to keep it going. | |
