Are you saying the clinic is in the business of selling machines, or are you saying that more people have trouble with sleep apnea than we think?
I just got a CPAP machine. One of the interesting things I learned from my doctor is that 60% of the people in the United States have sleep apnea and 80% of those people do not know it.
On edit: I also learned from my doctor that there is some preliminary research indicating a possible link between sleep apnea and Alzheimer's.
