Eastern SD | Might not be exactly what you have in mind but any repair business, be it a mechanic or welding/machining or whatever is in high high demand right now. Lots of work and very good margins. I started a welding machine shop with a partner from scratch with 50k and rented building. We went from just me working to 10 guys on payroll in our own building in under 3 years. Very good opportunity there and the sky is the limit
