Iowa | Do any colleges have something like the Iowa State Custom Rate surveys? I would look at that for some "low hanging fruit" that doesn't have too much competition for your area. I would also pick things that are opposite seasons. There are a few things that are lucrative, but only bring in good money one or two months out of the year. The things I would suggest here in Iowa aren't probably a good fit for your area. | |
