East of Broken Bow
If corporate taxes were zero, wouldn't people form corporations to avoid taxes?

Think of the farmer who drives the 'farm' pickup, and lives in the 'farm' house using 'farm' electricity.
He could pay himself minimum wage, and let the 'farm' profits pile up tax free.
Could even put the kids/grandkids in the corp, and they could get to drive a 'farm' vehicle as well, and in many cases wear 'farm' clothes, etc, etc.

I don't think it should be zero, but it also should not be burdeonsome.
