Renter is in second year of 3 year contract, 2024 rent paid in November of 2023. Landlord my want to terminate the rent contract. What liquidated damages could the tenant expect? I think he could tell the landlord to pound sand this late in the season, although no inputs have been applied yet, but what about this year, or year 3?
