Subject: RE: So is it for a lifetime?

I was having this discussion most recently with one dr as I was the one who initiated asking about a CPAP machine. My need for one is partially from brain interruption or whatever the proper term is. I gained weight after being in a wheelchair but am losing the weight since I'm no longer in a wheelchair. I asked the primary care dr if I get back in shape like before and lose more weight would that help with the sleep apnea. She did some studying on me and said due to my build it won't change anything as far as sleep apnea because there just isn't much space where there needs to be. I've always been a big n tall muscular dude with a big neck. Even when I was slim my neck size was just as big. But even so I am still working hard to lose the weight gained while in a wheelchair.
