You certainly don't know. Maybe because there wasn't any Democracies anywhere. Even the idea of a Republic was foreign to a large minority of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. Maybe you should actually study history instead of spewing mindless propaganda.
Seriously? A guy that says (grammatically poorly, BTW) there has never been a democracy probably should refrain from admonishing others to study history.
