What I would do if I was in the tenants position would depend largely on why the landowner wants out of the lease and what the potential long term affect it may have on land lord relations and your reputation. Sometimes being "right" may not be worth the damage it does for future opportunities. Sometimes, for one reason or another, there may be no future with the other party. |
