La Salle, Colorado | It took me several weeks to get used to it. How to adjust the elastic head straps. Snug but not tight. I had mask tight across bridge of nose and injured my skin there. Now I alternate between resmed full face mask and a phillips full face mask that fits under nose. Had to learn to keep mouth shut and breath through nose . Been using a bipap for about 2 years. Improved my nights and keeps me more alert during the day. | |
