I think a couple can make $130-140k a year before they lose all the benefits.
For a single person, I think you could get free insurance up to 30-40k a year. This is high deductible insurance, something like 13-18k deductible. You can get lower deductible for cheap. I think my one kid pays around $100 a month for his.
