Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa | A fun supper at Rustlers' Rooste is a nice end to a day in Phoenix. Go early or late.....mid-suppertime is busy. View after dark is pretty spectacular. Food is above average, price is not awful, complementary real cotton candy (old fashioned kind, not the boxed stuff ya get now) is fun.
EtA: Highly recommend GPS to find the restaurant. It's kind of a run-around to get there and back out again.
