Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | Thanks Sledge We are 90-120 miles from all TV stations. I have an older high VHF and low UHF combo, fringe but not deep fringe antenna on a 50 ft tower, with a good tower mounted pre amp. We actually gained by the change over, we used to get 1 pbs and 2 network feeds, fuzzy by viewable for local news.
Since the digital change over, we get three networks crystal clear and 3 perfect PBS feeds.
As you say, we also get by fine without a rotor. The odd thing is that we get the PBS feeds from 120 miles away with the station at 90 degrees to the direction the antenna is pointed. This most distant station pointed at the side of the antenna is the strongest signal ???
