Subject: RE: Carbon is the source of increasing yields.

Northern Nebraska
The irrigated Sands in Nebraska are by far the highest yielding areas of the state if not the entire corn belt all with the lowest organic matter. Dowdy and hula grow world record corn on pure sand as well.

No one is saying all carbon is bad just excessive human caused releases of carbon which we have been doing for the past Century and a half. No one is trying to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide released from Limestone Rock or volcanoes there will never be a period where there is no carbon dioxide to kill off plants and kill humans.

Not all plants can utilize the increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Some plants like corn suffer from excess carbon when the temperature is too high. Which is bad when excess carb dioxide is a greenhouse gas and warms the planet.
