Central Mo | I farmed with Dad and one brother, another brother worked at 3m. We figured the hours a year he worked then added the hours on the tractor and combine meters and gave an hr estimate for hauling grain and they were surprisingly close to the hours he worked. We didnt count shop hours or time spent loading grain.
Conclusion, hours per year were pretty close, just ours are bunched in the spring and fall, and we have the luxury of being able to stop when we want(off season of course) | |
