Looked to me like the kid knew what he was doing, and wasn't being reckless, so kudos to his parents for teaching him how to do things. If that were me at that age, I would have been in seventh heaven running that thing. Instead, I had a shovel and fork. Wasn't bad, because we didn't know different.
