Does anyone have any advice how to get this document in a timely fashion. I have been 5 months and 2 attempts and still no luck. My tax man have given me all the information and the address to mail it to.Thanks for any information
Why doesn't your tax man just do it???
I ask mine, and a couple hours later I have it in my email. I think they charge $30.
