The 6 year contract expired on October st 2021 they kept working for 2 weeks without a contract then went on strike for the first time in years on October 14 through November 17 2021,,,They got their first raise in 18 years and went back to work..Their are more salaried employees at Deere ,,,they got 3-5 % raises every year.
