JimS,,thats a good idea..Being from the east coast the only time I ever saw spurs was on Gunsmoke.Then I went out to the Tulare Ag Show..I thought I heard Festus coming down the lane,,could have been his brother from a different mother,,I looked at his spurs and then at him and I knew instantly he just got off a horse at the local ranch.Just a neat thing to see as it was not for decoration.Something I did not even know was done since the old days.
