northwest Missouri | Pretty fair assessment. I’m in between 71 and 35. They farm in our general area. One field might have a 190 avg and another in same section 120 or less. Get north of Gallatin towards Gilman and Bethany and some really good dirt east of 35 in that area. But there is a lot of land farm that is just washing away and isn’t sustainable.
