North Dakota | I hear you. I have had problems with scratched lenses as well and have found none better than Crizal. Three things that have helped me are:
1. Rinsing my glasses with water before applying cleaner. This washes off abrasive debris before rubbing them.
2. Using non alcohol/ammonia based cleaner provided by eye doctor. These chemicals can destroy the coating on the lenses.
3. Using a microfiber cloth and never washing it with detergent soap. Detergent soap and dryer sheets leave a very fine abrasive on cloth that can scratch lenses. | |
