I was watching one of those How I Made My Millions shows and there was a guy who had built the largest HVAC service in whatever city it was that he was in. He said he only hired people from the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants etc. He said it was easier to teach them HVAC than it was to teach good customer service to anybody with HVAC experience.
