That's a neat looking house. What's it got for bedrooms/bathrooms?
Six bedrooms. A 25 year old guy should own it with a fertile wife. I am gutting the upstairs and would like to do a air b and b. The local hospital has traveling nurses that would be my preference for renters. Two and a half bath.
