I'm using a RTCM correction stream so the input in D is set to: RTCM 57k6 (your baud rate 38k4 is ok)
Are your Android position settings right, when opening MAPS it will show your real position?
I do not have an internal RTK radio on my FMX. If you have then I think that you should set the Station ID to 250 so that it will not be listening to radio...
