That barn can be straightened. If it was about to topple over, it wouldn't have stopped when the wind was blowing. Multiple come alongs like has been suggested is a good option. I've used tractors and telehandlers to straighten them in the past as well. Have a plan on how to brace it up once you have it where you want it. It's really not that tough to do.
