Great idea on taking the old ones. I actually did that today, but not for the same reason. I knew I was going to be burning a hole all the way through a 24” long pin on one of the hoes with my exothermic torch today. That’s more molten metal than I was willing to get near a brand new pair of boots just yet. But I did wear them for about 4 hours and liked them a lot. I can tell they are going to be fantastic after a little break in.
Boots, again.
