lower Michigan | To all the responders who say they don't need nor want a credit card, I would suggest that you freeze your credit. We froze ours several years ago to protect against identity theft. If you ever want credit, you can unfreeze it for a time then freeze it again.
When opening an account at a bank a few years ago, the manager came into the room and asked if we knew our credit was frozen. We told her yes and why we did it. It was interesting to watch the realization on how smart that was cross her face. We got the account :+) | |
