NWC Ohio | Is the first thing you need for servicing the batteries in some of the new electric vehicles. When I worked in a GM dealership in early 2000’s we didn’t have a forklift at all.
Any other specialized diagnostic and charging equipment they need would be extra too. Seriously, if you sell an EV you should have at least one dedicated charger for them as well. That probably necessitates a wiring upgrade to support that charger as well. So total associated costs, I don’t have a clue.
I also wonder if the dealership had to buy the into the name to be a licensed/authorized dealer and part of the buyback payment is GM buying back the licence/authorization from them. | |
