Wisconsin
Easy to find IA's fee schedule, looks like class A is going to be $400/y if five years old or less, and $300 if six or more years old. IA charges based on "suggested retail price" and that's the $80,000 tier. Also looks like IA ended new antique plates. Travel trailers are $.30 square foot, and cars are based on weight and 1% of purchase price.

WI has RV trailer fees based on weight, roughly similar to IA's in the end. Class A max of $120, or at 20 years old qualify for collector plates lifetime for around that 120. Glad I don't live in IA or MN, that's why I got a deal on an old diesel pusher, nobody there could afford to drive it!
