I've bought semen from their company, and met Ben Masemore. Nice guy, interesting ideas about dairy genetics that have some merit, but I don't agree with him on everything. That said, this incident is 100% going in their sales spiel as "big stud companies got scared and tried to shut us down." I'm not at all convinced they'd be wrong about that.
