Try the state o Maine,buy a big motorhome and the excise tax /sales tax/registration can run you over 50,000$,,and that bill comes every year (except sales tax) and the sales tax is based on suggested retail not what you paid.People move to Florida and come back only in the summer...quite a nice pay check to move.
