NEMO | You see at least some of what you describe if you drive the northern 2 tiers of counties in MO, and the southern 2 in Iowa. Still a lot of junk in the country that the last high priced steel demand didn't clean up. You drive past some places and wonder what they are thinking or what the backstory is.
