Latimer, Iowa (north central) | Did you see the sealed Rochester silo that’s been on fire for a year or two at the joice/kensett exit north of Mason city? If you look at the silo on a calm day can see smoke coming from the staves. The whole place is falling apart and there has been a 7000 series magnum with a nice looking loader abandoned in the grove for 5 years or so. I have always wondered the story there. |
