2nd the looks can be deceiving!
For most of his life one of the wealthiest old bachelors in our county lived in the dumpiest old farm house you can imagine.
Anyone not from around here would have assumed that he was flat broke from looking at his house, vehicles, clothing, etc
there's a farmer in our area he drives a pick up with a bust weilded up frame farms with cab less tractors but he owns over 3,000 acres of prime farm ground and real estate around Ann Arbor MI and worth millions
Drove up I35 today
