South Dakota has no income taxes and cheap to license rv’s. First winter I spent in AZ I was walking the dog and saw all the rv’s with SD tags. I thought the whole state had left for warmer temps. So I saw a person outside and asked where in SD he was from. He was from IL, he then told me the reason there was so many SD plates in the rv park.
