I also used 2 sides of the box for a funnel. New and clean every time, instead of a dirty funnel; If you tore the bottom corners just right it would stay put. I used 5 gallon buckets of JD oil. I had 3 4240's, 2 4440's a 4630 and a 4640 and never had to add oil between changes, from 1973 to 1992....James
