Having headlands on just 2 sides is not a problem. Just turn the headlands off and use AB on the sides without headland. You might have to define that there is just one headland swath. I don't know if zero would work.
I myself feel that driving around the headlands last is pretty fast. So you might also try it.
p.s. You must be done with all the spring work by now. We haven't even started....
